Register for a Library Card

By submitting this form, I apply for the right to use the Hay Library at Western Wyoming Community College. If my contact information changes, I will promptly notify the library. I will pay any fines or damages charged to me. I understand if I am delinquent in returning borrowed materials, the Library may hire a collection agency to take action. In that case, I hereby agree that I am responsible for all processing and late charges, collection fees, and legal charges up to 50% of the principle owed.

WWCC Students/Staff: To use your WWCC ID as a library card, please email us the number printed below the barcode upon completion of this form. Note: if you live on campus, please include your Campus Mailbox in the address line.

Other Community Members: Hay Library cards are available to all Wyoming residents. If you would like to register for a library card, please begin your registration by submitting this form. Visit Hay Library within two weeks of submission to complete your registration and begin accessing online resources at: www.gowyld.net.
